WEF Davos Experience

Meta

The Challenge

A dual-purpose flagship presence in Davos — intimate enough for C-suite conversation, open enough for mass engagement with cutting-edge technology.

Meta required a fully bespoke space on the Promenade at WEF that could serve two distinct audiences simultaneously: senior leaders seeking private, high-value meeting environments, and a broader delegate audience engaging hands-on with Meta’s latest technology. The space had to feel like a sanctuary from the intensity of WEF week while remaining outward-facing and brand-expressive. Delivering this to the standard Meta demanded — within a four-month lead time, in sub-zero temperatures on the side of a mountain — added a significant layer of operational complexity.

Our Solution

We delivered a human, coherent, and flexible environment that balanced executive comfort with open innovation. Sleek lounges and breakout areas provided the conditions for meaningful conversation, while ergonomic design ensured the space worked equally well for global CEOs and first-time visitors.

Externally, an art installation showcasing Meta Orion created a shareable landmark moment on the Promenade, complemented by a hot chocolate activation that invited guests to order via WhatsApp — a simple, effective demonstration of Meta’s own technology driving real-world connection.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

The Impact

The result was one of the most sought-after destinations on the Promenade during WEF week — balancing intimacy with accessibility, and hospitality with innovation. 75 high-value private meetings were facilitated, 228 Orion, RLA and AI demos were delivered, and the hot chocolate activation alone drew over 1,800 visitors. Client feedback described the overall delivery as exemplary, and the experience has laid the groundwork for an even more ambitious presence in 2026.
