The Challenge
Delivering a high-impact annual sales incentive event for a global orthopaedic leader — across multiple international destinations, year after year.
DJO, the world’s leading provider of orthopaedic products, needed a trusted long-term partner to design and deliver their annual International Sales Meeting: a three-day programme bringing together a sales force of over 1,000 people in major cities across Europe. The event had to achieve two things simultaneously — energise and incentivise a large, internationally dispersed sales team, and communicate key internal messaging and strategic direction with clarity and impact. Consistency of quality across changing locations, formats, and years added a further layer of complexity.
Our Solution
Since 2014, we have delivered the ISM as a fully integrated, turnkey service — taking ownership of every element from programme development and content curation through to full production, logistics, registration, build, show delivery, and derig across the week-long period.
Each year, we curate an engaging programme that includes plenary sessions, regional and country breakouts, speaker sourcing, and innovative team building exercises, culminating in a gala evening with awards, entertainment, and formal dinner. Destinations have included Barcelona, Prague, Rome, Dublin, and Athens.
