The Challenge

Creating a healthcare professional engagement experience that went beyond information delivery — building genuine empathy, and extending reach well beyond the event itself.

Dexcom UK needed a presence at Diabetes UK 2025 that could do more than showcase their technology. With healthcare professionals as the primary audience, the stand had to foster meaningful understanding of the lived experience of diabetes — while a hybrid content strategy was required to ensure the conversations and insights generated at the event could reach a far wider audience than those present in the room.

Our Solution

We designed and delivered an interactive stand that immersed healthcare professionals in the realities of living with diabetes, creating an empathetic and memorable brand experience grounded in patient perspective.

To drive pre-event attendance, we produced short-form video content that built anticipation and awareness ahead of the show. Onsite, we captured podcast recordings and webinar content, creating a library of valuable material that extended the life and reach of the event well beyond its physical footprint.

The Impact

Dexcom UK’s presence at Diabetes UK 2025 delivered on both dimensions — a deeply engaging onsite experience that resonated with healthcare professionals, and a content programme that amplified key discussions to audiences beyond the event. The success of the hybrid model has directly informed Dexcom UK’s forward strategy, with plans to expand the approach across future events to reach more healthcare professionals at scale.
