DFM required a trusted partner to take full ownership of the event — from build and branding through to delegate experience, sponsorship management, and digital infrastructure — at a scale and standard befitting the region’s leading financial exchange.
Our Solution
We designed and delivered the Capital Market Summit in its entirety, taking responsibility for every element of the delegate journey and event infrastructure. This encompassed full event build and branding, registration management, protocol and VIP management, sponsorship delivery, and a comprehensive marketing plan. We also designed and delivered a bespoke event app, creating digital connectivity between delegates and partners throughout the summit.

The 2024 Capital Market Summit brought together over 1,000 delegates and more than 200 partners, facilitating 130 structured meetings and generating 2,150 app connections across the programme. Media coverage reached 5.64 million views, extending the summit’s reach well beyond the room and amplifying DFM’s announcements to a truly global audience.
